Recruitment Process

At Learn with Delwar, we strive to ensure a fair, transparent, and efficient recruitment process. Here’s an overview of the steps involved in hiring process.

1. Job Postings

All available job positions will be listed on our website’s Careers section. Each posting will include a detailed description of the role, required qualifications, and any specific research expertise needed.

2. Application Submission

3. Checking Documents

Our recruitment team carefully reviews each application to assess the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and creative potential.
Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email or phone within 1-2 weeks of application submission.

4. Interviews and Selection
